Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Clarift.io. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Clarift.io. If using on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

3. The Platform

Clarift provides AI-assisted analysis of customer feedback to generate structured product insights. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

4. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Account sharing or resale is strictly prohibited.
  • Notify security@clarift.io immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: submit content you do not have rights to process, reverse engineer or scrape the platform, interfere with system security or availability, or use the platform for any illegal purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you submit. By submitting, you grant Clarift a limited license to process that content strictly to provide the service. All platform software, algorithms, UI, and branding are the exclusive property of Clarift.io.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically.
  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at end of billing period.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Pricing may change with 30 days advance notice.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through platform settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or create material security risk. No refund is issued on termination for cause.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties. AI-generated insights are informational and do not constitute professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on platform outputs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarift shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Amendments

We will provide 14 days notice before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
